This Policy explains how bdoor uses electronic records and communications. By using bdoor.io, creating an account, submitting an application or accepting a quotation, you agree to receive information, records, quotations, policies and notices from bdoor electronically, and to transact with bdoor by electronic means, to the extent applicable law allows.

When you accept a policy, quotation or engagement online, bdoor records the version of the document shown, the language, the time and the account that accepted it. These records are kept as evidence of what was agreed and which text you saw. Where applicable law requires a wet-ink signature, a notarised document or a physical filing for a specific step, that requirement continues to apply and bdoor will tell you before that step.

Notices, quotations, status updates and policy changes may be delivered to the email address associated with the account or presented in the customer workspace. A notice is treated as delivered when it is sent to the current email address on file or made available in the workspace. Keeping the account email address current is the account holder’s responsibility.

To use the service electronically you need a current web browser, a working email account and an internet connection. Documents are provided in commonly readable formats. If a record cannot be opened, a copy in another common format may be requested from hello@bdoor.io.

A paper or PDF copy of any policy or record relating to your matter may be requested at any time from hello@bdoor.io. Consent to electronic delivery may be withdrawn by written notice; because the service is delivered online, withdrawing consent may limit or end the ability to use the workspace, and any fee consequences will be explained before the withdrawal takes effect.

bdoor may update this Policy for legal, operational or security reasons. Material changes will be highlighted before they apply to an existing paid service. Questions may be sent to hello@bdoor.io.
