Why we built a Bangladesh-focused company operating system, and how we work.
Why we built this
Starting a business in Bangladesh is not hard because the rules are secret. It is hard because they are scattered: different authorities, different offices, different forms, and no single place that tells you what actually applies to you and in what order.
BDoor exists to be that place. One workspace where you explain what you want to build, get a clear list of what it needs, upload your documents once, see a quote that separates our fee from everyone else’s, and watch each step move.
How we work
We start by asking. The guided questionnaire branches on your answers, so a local founder with one shop is not asked about capital remittance, and a foreign investor is not left to guess about sector eligibility. From those answers we produce a preliminary recommendation using rules our operations team can inspect and change — not a black box.
Then a person takes over. A case manager scopes the work, requests exactly the documents that are needed, and where the matter requires legal or specialist authority, engages a verified partner advocate under a separate agreement with you. Every status change, document view and fee is recorded.
What we are not
We are not a government authority and we have no influence over any decision an authority makes. We do not present ourselves as a law firm, and we do not give legal advice. Where legal work is required it is done by independent advocates or partner firms under their own engagement with you, and we tell you who they are before anything is shared.
We do not guarantee approval, a visa, a bank account, or a completion date. We give you an estimate, we tell you what it assumes, and we tell you when it changes. Investment and share capital never passes through BDoor.
BDoor is an independent business setup and administrative-support platform. BDoor is not a government authority or law firm. Legal services, where required, are provided under a separate engagement by independent advocates or partner law firms. Government approval and processing times are not guaranteed.
