Acceptable Use Policy

Effective August 30, 2026 · Last updated August 30, 2026 · Version 1.0

Questions: hello@bdoor.io. Operated by bdoor compliance ltd.

Purpose and scope

This Policy sets the rules for using bdoor.io, the customer workspace and bdoor’s communication channels. It applies to every visitor, applicant, customer, organisation member and partner user, alongside the Terms of Service. Using the website or workspace means agreeing to use them only as this Policy allows.

Lawful use only

The platform may be used only for lawful business purposes. You must not use bdoor to:

  • set up or operate a business for an unlawful purpose;
  • conceal the true ownership, control, source of funds or purpose of a business;
  • evade sanctions, tax obligations, currency controls or court orders;
  • impersonate another person or organisation, or provide information you know to be false or misleading; or
  • infringe another party’s intellectual property or confidentiality rights.

Account and platform integrity

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must not:

  • share an account or let an unauthorised person use it;
  • probe, scan or test the platform for vulnerabilities without written permission;
  • attempt to bypass authentication, authorisation or rate limits;
  • upload malware or any code intended to disrupt the platform;
  • scrape, bulk-download or republish platform content or other customers’ information; or
  • interfere with the service’s availability for others.

Suspected security problems should be reported to hello@bdoor.io rather than exploited or published.

Content and document standards

Information and documents submitted to bdoor must be accurate, lawfully held and relevant to the requested service. You must not upload material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or deliberately misleading, and you must not submit documents belonging to another person without the authority to do so. Identity and banking documents should be provided only through the secure collection steps bdoor opens for the purpose — never through ordinary email or the free application form.

Fair communication

Communication with bdoor staff and with providers must remain lawful and respectful. Spam, harassment, threats and abusive language are not acceptable, and repeated misuse of communication channels may lead to restrictions on the account.

Consequences and reports

Breach of this Policy may lead to a warning, suspension or termination under the Terms of Service, and to removal of offending content. Where the law requires it, unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authority. Suspected misuse of the platform by others may be reported to hello@bdoor.io.
