How a partner joins a case
BDoor manages your case, your documents and your deadlines. Where a matter requires legal or specialist authority — drafting, representation, regulated filings — a verified partner advocate or firm is engaged separately and identified to you before any document is shared.
What a partner can do
- See only the cases assigned to their organisation.
- Receive case documents once the customer has authorised that specific sharing.
- Update their own tasks and the milestones they own.
- Upload drafts, applications, official receipts and certificates.
- Message the customer through a controlled, logged case thread.
- Add confidential notes visible only to authorised BDoor and partner staff.
What a partner cannot do
- Browse BDoor customers they are not assigned to.
- Change financial records outside their own scope.
- Approve their own organisation’s verification.
- View internal AML analysis unless specifically authorised.
- Bulk-export personal data.
- Edit or delete audit history.
BDoor is an independent business setup and administrative-support platform. BDoor is not a government authority or law firm. Legal services, where required, are provided under a separate engagement by independent advocates or partner law firms. Government approval and processing times are not guaranteed.
